Yearning For A Job, But Believing You Are Victimized By The Job Market Without Hope (Is There Any Additional Method)?
Ceaseless revolution in the job market is called "churning" and many unemployed people feel victimized. This phenomenon about jobs is made by many developments and every age seems to search for easy explanations about what's going on in the job market. The truth of the matter, no matter how victimized you may feel, the bad guy or the devil is not going to liberate you or make things far better.
I have knowledge of a guy that has posted well over 1000 resumes with not one single bite. It would seem that's all he knows to do in the current job circumstances. But I've got to ask him how many resumes will he have to send out before he realizes he is doing a churning of your own? You know the old saying: if you don't want to go bats from doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results, then do something different.
So what can a people do that's different? Sure, keep mailing out those resumes, but remember this: not only are all jobs impermanent, but ways of gaining employment also come and go and have a lifespan, which ends with, "The old way just doesn't work anymore."
Here are some suggestions:
- Insert a video of yourself on a website advertising yourself and what you're capable of doing for others and in turn, pay.
- Talk to people, in other words, network, instead of only sending out resumes.
- Be present at job coaching groups and hear what others are doing different.
- Build up a clientele for a trade or service you can provide and become your own manager.
- Pay attention to job positions in foreign countries.
- Rather than looking for a job that will be full-time, with full benefits, conceive in terms of jobs that are more like gigs, that is, one time doing of a service or task.
A personal step of mine that's distinct to do is obtain a coach who can aid you imagine outside the box and be more objective about your circumstance.
